Lance is a very flashy 10yr old gelding with an enormous personality. His amazing natural action coupled with his four perfect whites and long thick feathers ensure that he is the center of attention everywhere he goes. Lance is broke to ride english and drive single. He is great under harness, never spooks, and is traffic-safe. He stands patiently to be harnessed and is fun to drive since he is responsive and a quick learner. Around the barn he is relaxed without being sluggish, but give him an audience and he loves to be a high-stepping performer while still listening to whoever is driving. He has been shown in the clydesdale cart class at the Topsfield Fair for the past three years and always wins with ease. He has had basic dressage training and anyone can ride him on trails, although he needs an intermediate rider for doing ring work.
Lance has a gentle personality and I have never worried about him kicking me no matter what I do to him. I have owned him for the past four years and am only selling him with the deepest regret because I am in college and simply cannot devote the time to him that he deserves. I will consider all offers, but he will only go to an approved home.
