2002 roan (will grey), will mature to 16h Andalusian/Arabian, pending registration as half Andalusian. Excellent hunter prospect. Beautiful long floating gaits, lots of suspension. Has had 60 days with professional trainer. Lounges, saddles, bridles, clips, loads, ground ties, washes, leads, etc. Very well mannered. His grandsire is the National Champion Isleno XV. Ruger's sire is Postinero VIII, a PRE Andalusian stallion that was imported from the Mexican breeder Luis Arenas, Rancho La Esmeralda, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Postinero's accomplishments include 2000 Region 7 Champion Senior Stallion and 2000 IALHA Reserve Champion Pure Spanish Bloodline Specialty Class. His mother was a open jumping youth champion. I look for great things from this colt. He has a super personality, very willing, very motivated, and very loving. He has a tremendous athletic ability and needs to be in the show ring. I hate to sell him but am getting married in the fall and simply don't have the time to work with him in this critical year of training.
