Svoelnir is a well started gelding with smooth toelt. He is stocky and strong. Svoelnir has been on the trail both alone and in a group, but has had limited exposure to trailering and riding in new environments. When we have taken him, he has been great, curious, brave and happy. We are looking for a new owner who will be able to continue his training. Svoelnir's sire Sindri is a fantastic riding horse who has attended the Icelandic Horse World Championships. Svoelnir's dam Gaska was her owner's favorite riding horse (of a herd of 6). Svoelnir would prefer living with at least one other Icelandic and some room to move. Svoelnir has excellent feet, and abundant mane and tail. He is friendly, serious, attentive and respectful.
