Very handsome horse that is a dream to ride. You can't ride paper but his father was a Tennessee Walker show horse and his mother was a foundation Foxtrotter. Stout horse who can easily carry my 250 pound husband. Looks like a Rocky Mt Gaited Horse. Hondo halters and leads, loads, clips, bathes, stands for farrier and is an easy keeper. Extensive trail experience. Has ridden the Okie-Arkie 100 mile cross country ride 3 times. Will tie to a trailer overnight or stand on a picket line. Solid on the trail but likes to lead. We are selling him because we are trying to start a breeding program and we need to concentrate on my 5 mares. When you gait out Hondo into camp after a long day I guarentee folk's head will turn.
