Monty is a Belgian/QH cross who loves people and attention. Stands for farrier, but does not like back shoes. Will stand to be clipped except for ears. He loves to be ridden so much that he puts his head down and opens his mouth for the bit. Has had training over jumps up to 2'9" but not in the last 9 months. He is approximately 14 years old (per my vet) and has no soundness issues in the two years we have owned him. He has mainly been used for trail riding by my 16 year old and myself. He would be a great husband horse. UTD on shots, worming and coggins. Trimmed by farrier on 4/25/06. Only selling because my daughter has a 3-year-old and a pony that she is training and I do not have time to ride him. Have had people tell us that he would be good for dressage. Monty needs an intermediate rider mainly because of his size. Asking 1500 or best offer.
