Honestly this six year old mare is so talented she should excel in any English discipline - and go for a trail ride fresh from the show ring. That is hard to find!
This pretty mare has a kind and sane mind and a very willing attitude. She is an excellent mover with a particularly nice walk and floating trot. She has a very smooth canter but is still somewhat unbalanced as she has not had much canter work. She jumps in great form and is an honest jumper. She has been exposed to showing in-hand and under saddle, jumping, trail riding, hunter pace, and the foxhounds (cubbing). She is stellar at everything she has done but has virtually no miles and as such is GREEN. A green horse needs someone who is a trainer or someone who will work very closely with a trainer! Her training so far has been with Natural Horsemanship methods, for which I have the greatest respect.
Having Imagination ('June' is her barn name) is out of my mare and by Hall of Fame (by Art Deco.) When fully trained, the Hall of Fame/Art Deco line are selling for $12,000 and more. Because she is green I have priced her low at $8,000 and that leaves $4,000 for you to continue her training. June is 15.3+hh (barefoot with natural balance trim) and that is why she is being sold. I am a small adult and she now is too tall for me. This mare deserves to go to a terrific home with someone who truly will appreciate all she has to offer. I will be picky!
